This is a really good company, they take care the employees and thread the staff as a family.There are opportunities for growing up. Infobip has brilliant future as a telecommunication company.

Cons

The salaries could be better for some position.

Company is very agile in terms of adopting any new technology Engineers in Croatia and Russia are terrific Flexibility in terms of picking any technology or framework It's a developer-centric company

Cons

Your career path and appraisal solely depends on your manager The attrition rate is high, due to internal politics in India and favoritism All the key positions are held by people from 1 specific company There is always fire-fighting happening in the office, daily, or sometimes hourly deployments. It's like a big startup.

Company takes good care of its employees during Covid pandemic

Pros

When the first Corona case happend in Croatia in February, Infobip was the first company that sent all of its employees to work from home. First I thought this decision was too much, but then it turned out to be good for us. It's been 10 weeks working from home, we get constant updates via email on the situation, the company functions great remotely and they even let some of my coleagues to use office equipment (like ergonomic chair) and take it home so they can work efficiently.
