      Great success story of Croatia

      Pros

      An amazing company that grew out of nothing and is one of the key players in the world at the moment. Pace is very fast, which offers a lot of learning by doing and people are encouraging that kind of behaviour. In some segments, the company is quite ahead of others in Balkans - but that mostly depends of the people who are in charge.

      Cons

      There are cases of nepotism which are slowing the company down (especially in HQ). New executives with good track records should be hired, especially for the key management roles.

      Learn the product and move on after a year!!

      Pros

      Global company with many offices around the world Opportunity to travel and visit HQ in Croatia Opportunity to learn new products and technology Good on-boarding process for new employees

      Cons

      - Lack of clear vision/strategy - High turnovers specially among senior employees - No room for growth - Incompetent middle management with low ability to learn or adapt - Zero tolerance to hear feedback or criticism - Forcing selling products that are not ready - Unrealistic sales targets with no guidance and support from management - HR is NONEXISTENT. They are puppets and don't show care or compassion for employees - Lot of politics and very toxic culture in some offices

      It’s a great place that allows you to grow, constantly investing into employees knowledge and giving you the opportunity to peruse what interests you. Great life-work balance and great teams!

      Cons

      Not really any cons so far (over 2 years) if you work hard and say what’s on your mind your line managers they will find a way to assist you.
