Thank you for your comment, and we must say we are sorry to hear you think that our Bippers are becoming managers too fast and without proper skills. We are proud of the culture we built in the last decade – we give everyone a chance to learn, to make mistakes, to try new things, and to grow on a professional level. From our very beginnings we believe in the “We are just starting” motto because with each new project we have something new to learn. It’s a part of our dynamic culture and we believe that this approach lead us to the position we are today – being one of the top A2P providers in the world, with more than 1700 employees in 63 offices on all six continents. We are successful because of the hard work, exponential mindset and positive attitude of Bippers worldwide. This is why we invest a lot into listening to our employee’s needs and fulfilling them.
