Attitude of distrust, intolerance, belittling, intimidation, blackmailing and even sexual harassment not only exists and is regularly enforced by some managers, but what's worse is that when that repeated behavior is brought to attention of their superiors (even to top executives), no disciplinary action is brought up and all those things that destroy a job satisfaction, create a toxic work environment and breed bad company culture are just turned a blind eye to. Moneymakers in Infobip are "above the law" and they will stop at nothing (and won't be stopped by anyone) to fulfill their egoistic goals, regardless of how many people they need to smother professionally and personally to achieve them. Until those behaviors are recognized publicly and put to end company-wide, stay away from Infobip at all cost!

Due to hyper growth and immense hiring, the organization of work has started to suffer, things got slower and generally there was more mess. Also, as the company started getting bigger and bigger, the entrepreneurial spirit is weaker and a sense of connection deteriorated. Job scope has also narrowed down (= less variety in job tasks), which is a minus for me personally.
