This company offers incredible growth opportunities (Career progression + Personal development). Employees are among the most friendly and helpful I've ever worked with (Local office colleagues and international counterparts). Benefits are world class.

Cons

Life moves so fast that if you are not proactive in your daily work, you will get left behind quicker thank you think. These is little time to pause and take stock of what work you have already done.

Cons

A very big and fast-changing organization that might be challenging for planning. Distributed team members around the world are challenging to keep the ratio work-private in balance.
