Salary is way below market rate (at least 40% for both sales & CSM) and feedback is often met with general replies or they insist salaries are already on market rate (without specifying which market rate from which country they are getting reference from).
Top management does not have a clue how to manage change process on employees down below - they execute changes without a plan but expect people to accept. They aren't the best listeners and feedbacks are usually not a closed loop - yearly employee feedbacks are done but nothing changes in the last 3 years.
Current new bonus plan for CSM is pretty ridiculous, with maximum of 2.5 months of your base salary (which is already below market rate) per quarter, instead of the market norm of compensating bonus/commission against Revenue/GP earned by your book of accounts.
People's team are non engaging at all. None reached out personally to employees to ask about their well being during covid period in 2020 till date. No recognition for APAC or individual country for employees who are high performers.
Upward mobility and promotion depends on whether you are of good relations with top management. There are high performers who worked 4-5 years but gotten 1 promotion or some without any. Changes are rapid, and so do empty promises.
