Pros

Startup mentality & informal culture, flexible working hours, smart and inspiring colleagues. The opportunity to work on products for global markets, opportunities for travel. Competitive salary.

Cons

This fast pace industry is not for everyone. So I would say it’s not really Infobip fault that things are moving fast. This is why they are successful, they can adapt quickly, but as I said it’s not for everyone... and that’s ok :)

Great company to work for if you want to learn lots of new stuff and work with cutting edge tech.

Cons

Low pay. Management is quick to change focus of the company so you are always left with unfinished work and trying to catch up to the deadlines.
