      * first job experience *specific field of knowledge *international environment

      Cons

      *treatment people who are not friend of management, overall unequal opportunities *management prone to listen to gossip and subjective opinions of opportunists who wants to advance in the company like this *low salaries *worst part is to look at people who give zero performance for ages but simply because they are from Istria they will not be fired ever and entire departments are created for such people just to "hide them" rather to get rid of them.

      Sound and growing business, open-minded atmosphere, enthusiastic people, relaxed work environment, lots of different technologies in use; some nice employee perks.

      Cons

      Dynamics (in terms of communication and travel) can be overwhelming for some. Some processes are late on company growth - orientation requires personal engagement.

      1. Difficulty in working across country due to we don't have our own support, software developer team based in Thailand. But it's considered as a challenge as well.
