Exciting industry to learn, global opportunities, travel potential, facilities, most of colleagues are really nice

Cons

Unhealthy work atmosphere, micromanagement from the top, sales leadership sucks, no ability to motivate sales teams, communicate strategy or provide any real leadership. Sales organization and structure is bad, compensation horrible and does not reward success. It does not seem they know what they are doing because they constantly change structure and reinvent bad ideas so sales turnover is very high. Communication and leadership from top management is really bad, no ability to communicate vision or motivate employees so lot of them leave the company feeling empty.
