work environment is very good and we are expanding in Egypt Market will learn a lot about the customer handling and technical skills. will have access Udemy Online courses and another training which is good to develop in yourself. team members support you usually in handling the customers issue in a perfect way

standardize more the process flow the Cairo office is not big like HQ, but it is not big issue

* its a very good place when it comes to learning and onboarding,Infobip is very supportive when it comes to your learning, they are constantly assisting you to grow on your career and make sure you understand every information related to the company not only to your role. * everyone will help you in the company and support you at any time. * the company is constantly looking for enhancements in their products and services and that a very good edge among other companies in the same field. * The management is very understandable when it comes to your personal life and they respect it very much.

Cons

* its a very fast-paced company with a lot of changes related to products, strategies, and process, this could be a con, so if you are a person who prefers stability and slow-paced companies this might be a bit challenging for you.
