Pros

The people are amazing top-to-bottom, I enjoy working with everyone I've met in the company. I have never experienced a dull moment at work, and I always tell that if I were to write all the things I would like to do for a living, I'd have a hard time coming up with things that I don't do at my job. The growth of the company makes you feel like you're contributing and gives you a sense of security. I really appreciate my boss who goes above and beyond to create a great working environment in our department. Despite the big workload, there's still time in the day to develop your professional skills and relationships with the people around you. Lots of opportunities to advance and innovate.

Cons

Still has a startup spirit which doesn't always go hand in hand with the size of the company and can work against creating a structured working environment. Other than that, can't really think of any cons of working for IB.

We are at the same track with our strategy, as we keep working on development and communication of organisational structure, but there is also a big project involving several departments ongoing when it comes to internal tools development. Empowerment ; social security benefits; young and dynamic environment where your thoughts and ideas count; also travelling abroad and meeting awesome people from all around the world

Cons

Cannot really think or find any constraints ....... just keep doing what you're doing as Infobip people themselves will keep positioning the company as the leading mobile solutions provider

Learning and self-development on a daily basis, motivating environment, opportunities to travel and work within the international environment, fair treatment, young but highly professional team etc.
