      Pros

      I am a professional with 5+ years of experience and I have been working in Infobip for a few months now, switched from a completely different industry and I can say the only thought that runs my mind for these few months is "this is where I finally want to stay". You get to work in a exciting industry, with great compensation benefit (gym membership, free full yearly medical check up with 30% discount for other family members, office perks like fruit, coffee, tea, Cedevita :) cookies etc). Very friendly environment, which was the most important to me while transitioning here. No pressure from management, au contraire, they are taking a slow pace in building this team, because it's important for them to trully build people who will stay and lead, and expand the team further. To sum it all up, it's better than I hoped for.

      Nothing really. So far, so god.

      Pros

      - Great opportunities for young graduates in Croatia to enter sales or development and quickly rise up the corporate ladder - Excellent core product (Messaging) backed by proprietary carrier grade infrastructure - Extensive travel opportunities

      Cons

      - Startup company without any modern startup benefits - Company does not offer equity - Bad compensation (commission and bonus) plan without clear KPI's - Sales org lacks global leadership and expertise - No publicly reference-able big logo clients in developed markets - most of success is in developing countries - Besides Messaging most new products/projects fail. Potential for future revenue growth isn't great. Without funding and with shrinking margins in mobile messaging they need to reinvent themselves quickly as the Messaging market consolidates. - Poor branding and visibility in the market - Micromanagement through all levels of the business - No plan for going public - Nepotism

      Pros

      You have freedom to suggest and change things around you no matters your seniority in the company, which results in great opportunities for your professional development. You see new potential, you see something you want to change and you just need to speak up and go for it. Another great thing is people you work with. They are amazing! Working with such a great people inspire you to always aim for higher. You can learn a lot from them, and they let you speak up, argument your attitudes and suggestions no matters if you are new member of the team or have been there for years. Coming to Infobip was probably the best decision I've made and I keep telling my friends that for me this is the best place I could have possibly find.

      Cons

      My personal attitude is that is a great place, but I fully understand that, as with any other organisation, it is not a place for everyone. Some people would enjoy more structured and formal environment with clear rules and wouldn't "click" with Infobip. As in any other company, it always depends who are people you are working with. I've worked with a lot of people here and had great experience, but I know that it can never be white or black,and is possible that other people have other experience. My suggestion to everyone is to always check different opinions from people working in particular company, and weight is it something you like. Everyone should find a place which is the best fit for him or her.I found it here, but not everyone will.
