      Young-minded and multicultural entvironment, international traveling, industry with great potential. Ideal as first job experience.

      Cons

      No clear career paths and low salaries for Seniors. Lack of proper international management. Critical mistakes in complying with commitments towards employees. Key products are still based on old technologies that will be replaced soon.

There is a common misconception that SMS is somehow outdated (and it is true for P2P SMS), however the A2P messaging solutions we are focused on are still widely used and show even more potential in the future. In the light of raised security concerns SMS technology proved to be the ground breaking solution. There is a bright future for A2P messaging solutions, and our booming business is one of the evidences.

      Pros

      My enthusiasm after more then one year working in Infobip is almost on same level which was at the beginning (this says a lot already :) ). Attention and recognition of colleagues and superior staff is great. Most of the time I am on the edge of my comfort zone, continuously improving myself. Proactive approach is recognizable, boosted and awarded. I don`t want this to look like a cliché, but maybe the best describable sentence from my point of view would be "This is to good to be true".

      Cons

      Haven`t faced with anything negative worth mentioning so nothing to add here.
