Pros

Good experience to start with and learn, as in the start it was more self teaching but now they provide academies that might be helpful for new employees that are not from the Telco industry. Grew up fast and provide some of good products and services although they can make more improvements and be much more effective. Recommend it for young and fresh graduates that look for some experience and would like to move to a bigger and more stable environment. Good luck and all the best wishes.

Cons

Company should value their employees more, especially the ones in remote offices as they receive much less attention especially if the office is small. Mid Management should be more educated in leadership and decision making process. As mentioned in previous reviews, you should stimulate your employees (not only in material sense) as they will lose faith and loyalty in the company as unfortunately many of us did.

In the last two years, we have put more focus on implementing new organizational methodologies which have helped us in understanding and targeting region specific challenges. First steps have already been taken, and we finished off 2016 with a one-week training workshop attended by our employees from around the world. Infobip is great place for anyone who wants to learn and develop in IT and telecomunication industry. You will work hard, but all hard work will pay off. Company culture is amazing!

Cons

I am working for Infobip more then a year and I really dont have any big cons. This is not my first working experience, so I can compare it to pervious ones and I can say that Infobip is the working enviroment for me till now.
