Thank you for taking your time for writing your review and leaving us your feedback. As any other young company who grew with enormous speed, we had a lot of young people taking responsible roles such as management roles. We don't believe it is a bad thing, since we encourage growth of our employees and the style of "learning by doing". Of course, we recognized that those people who come to such roles need training and therefore have already started several projects such us forming special department handling education and training and investing in Leadership and Soft Skills educations. Thank you for taking the time for your review and feedback. As you know, we grew with enormous speed and are still defining operational part of our work. It is a challenge due to our fast paced industry which demands flexibility and our "start up" spirit which we don't want to lose. However, we recognized the need for working on that field and have implemented and working on implementation of several projects dealing with internal tools, communication and establishing procedures. We have consultations with external partners several times per year to help us establish these processes.
