      Pros

      Easy learning of company portfolio - simple software / apps, trivial business processes.

      Cons

      Have been with Infobip for 11 months as Sales manager. Achieved around 350% profit after 6 months on top of my poor salary. No commission, no reward. Have started to receive comments from my manager that I'm becoming nothing but cost to the company and can not ask for any kind of better terms or salary. Have been asked to do and perform questionable and non-moral tasks further on. Not allowed to ask any unusual questions, or to suggest for business improvements. No additional education at all, no insight into additional business processes, no career growth opportunities. The people in the team are in some kind of paranoia and don't share any business related information. No older colleagues to ask for advice or to learn something at all; most of seniors left the company during 2014 and 2015. Every young employee is let on it's own to live or die literally.

      Thank you for taking the time for writing your review. We have already implemented several initiatives as introducing new compensation system for sales department, reorganizing the department itself, set a team working on sales education, and appointing persons in each team who pass through extensive education to become a dedicated person to go for answers on products and internal tools in each team. Also, we have introduced leadership education, both internally and externally. We hope this is just a start and we will manage to do many more so none of our employees would have a bad experience working for us.       Pros

      The best thing of working at Infobip is the young team and the opportunity to meet new people from different countries.

      Cons

      The country manager was not very well prepared to handle the team in a correct way. Lack of professionalism and rude way to approach employees sometimes.

      Pros

      Best coworkers (motivated, positive, always willing to help), interesting job, successful and fast-progressing company, great for gaining experience and working on different interesting problems.

      Cons

      As the company is growing fast, the tempo is very fast and sudden changes sometimes happen.
