Pros

The company is grew fast and had some problems which are now solved. The management and middle management is doing everything to have a productive and friendly environment. There is still room to leave your mark and advance fast in your career. We are doing very interesting and advanced stuff through even more advanced work methodologies.

Cons

Still has a startup spirit which can be stressful for people who like structured and formal environment.

We hope to keep our start up culture while having clarity and structure for our employees. A lot of effort was invested in creating such productive environment.
