Great place to work, but too much PC is killing the work atmosphere
Pros
Top and middle management show they care about people and you are valued for your contributions to the company. Company has always been inclusive no matter the race, sex, etc. All it mattered was you were a hard worker and a good human being. It created a great multinational company, were it is awesome to work with people from all over the world. Good benefits, extra vacation days, options plans.
Cons
Company used to better in the past in regards to work atmosphere. We were employees from a lot of continents working together and joking a lot. When you share a joke with a person and you both laugh, it really brings you together although you are physically separated by oceans. You look forward to meeting that person face to face on company gatherings and having a drink. Now-days, jokes are forbidden, memes are forbidden, emojis are being deleted... Everything must be checked triple time for political correctness. God forbid somebody listening on other people conversations gets offended. We must all bow down to people who search for things to be offended about. This is like company is being taken hostage by kindergartners.
