Pros

Startup mentality & informal culture, flexible working hours, smart and inspiring colleagues. The opportunity to work on products for global markets, opportunities for travel. Competitive salary.

Cons

This fast pace industry is not for everyone. So I would say it’s not really Infobip fault that things are moving fast. This is why they are successful, they can adapt quickly, but as I said it’s not for everyone... and that’s ok :)

Pros

Technical departments have a much better culture and work environment from what I've seen. A lot of people who are driven to do more than just their everyday job. Flexible working hours available in development. Education budget based on a pay grade. Promotions are possible. Some relocation possibilities also.

Cons

Getting to know all the right data will be impossible without going out of your way and talking to people, actively searching for information. Not a good environment for people to just work 9am to 6pm.

Good niche - healthy revenue.

Cons

Terrible recruitment process. Ignore your applications and then when you pursue some sort of feedback they reject you on everything.
