      Strange vibe in company

      Pros

      - really technical, you can lear a lot, really high focus on code quality - that is plus and a minus. 2 week sprints, 1 week for coding and writing tests and1 week for insane in-depth code reviews and fixes.

      Cons

      - strange vibe in team, interaction seems forced as well as occasional beer. Everyone seems cold and focused only on work. Not much of talking between teammates. Team lead was really good in technical skills, but no social skills - he would swear and use bad language in code reviews if you would do something wrong. It kills your will to work and you feel like crap sometimes. Everyone thinks they are important and in really big and good/special company and that they will change the world.

      Pros

      Infobip is a place where they care about forming friendly relationships among employees. The company offers many perks and benefits. The whole vibe is more suitable for people in their twenties. They are also family oriented and were flexible and caring during the pandemic.

      Cons

      Decisions are made based on who the managers hang around on coffee breaks most. Salaries are in general quite low, exept if you’re a developer in engineering. The company saves money in many ways, always trying to reinvent stuff with people who have no experience in the area so they end up having a lot of mess that becomes high-maintenance, and it’s impossible to measure how much it costs them in return.
