Cons

People in product management must decide in which direction they want to command our product, they are creating too much mess and chaos with their ever-changing requests.

Nepotims at all levels, bad salaries , bad commissions and bonus system, bonus payouts based on friendship not on results, career path and promotions are based on nepotism and how friends you are with the management not on results, toxic environment in all areas, Management don't accept any suggestions or hear any concern they just promote a fear culture , rude managers that can treat and make you feel really bad
