Have been with Infobip for 11 months as Sales manager. Achieved around 350% profit after 6 months on top of my poor salary. No commission, no reward. Have started to receive comments from my manager that I'm becoming nothing but cost to the company and can not ask for any kind of better terms or salary. Have been asked to do and perform questionable and non-moral tasks further on.
Not allowed to ask any unusual questions, or to suggest for business improvements. No additional education at all, no insight into additional business processes, no career growth opportunities.
The people in the team are in some kind of paranoia and don't share any business related information.
No older colleagues to ask for advice or to learn something at all; most of seniors left the company during 2014 and 2015.
Every young employee is let on it's own to live or die literally.
