- Good culture and friendly environment. - Great company to start with for just graduates. - Good opportunity to learn end to end process of agile methodology. - Constructive criticism approach is followed to identify the areas of improvement and knowledge sharing. - Immense support and guidance from seniors. - Goal oriented.

Cons

I don't see any specific con with respect to growth and learning which I feel is most important than anything else.

Pros

Great people, always looking for a good fit for the team, not just hiring based on knowledge. Use of the latest technologies and no blockers when trying to test something new or different. Very supportive of internal transfers and in general it's very pleasant to work there.

Cons

Usually a large backlog of tasks, which puts a lot of pressure and often changes in priorities, even in the middle of some projects.

- Open culture - Opportunity to interact with different employees spread across different countries - Exposure to new upcoming technologies - Process inside the company

Cons

- Change of structure is quite often, hence this results in a lot of confusion about who is doing what.
