Pros

People are nice. Products are interesting. Meeting people from whole world.

Cons

No processes. No real seniors who know their jobs, team leaders have no experience. No personal development plans. Company is fast but some things inside are super slow. A lot of sub steps and approvals, frustrating, no trust.

Best onboarding program there is. They make sure every employee is well taken care of, from your first day up until the career path you want to take. Big bosses are very humble and approachable. Overall great company to work for, culture and salary is great. We celebrate small and big wins together.

Cons

It's been more than a year and so far everything meets my personal expectation.

Infobip's environment is a beautiful mix of startups and multinationals working environments, - The company is growing exponentially so there is a huge room for growth - The recruitment process was great, it was transparent with all steps included in the process and what to expect within each step - People within Infobip are extremely friendly and supportive, it's wired within our culture that together we succeed so you can always reach out to colleagues from all over the world to help you with any inquiry - There is always room for creative ideas and suggestions to enhance any of our processes, people are always open to listen and understand

Cons

since we are growing exponentially, sometimes processes are not yet clearly defined however I think this normal and we are always and quickly improving
