Pros

It is a company that values team work. People are generally open to talk, even at high levels.

Cons

Benefits are basically inexistent. Ergonomics are irrelevant. The only way you are valued for your work is if you want to leave. People who are friends with high management get a huge advantage for promotions. Technical staff are often treated with contempt.

This diversity of culture brings unique values and opinions to help shape and reform personal perspectives and assist in continued personal and professional growth. Infobip is continually developing new products, and provides incredible support in educating team members on the new products as well as job skills. Information is found in abundance and team members, no matter their position are willing to assist with any challenges. This is truly an organization where you can help create the change you want to see, but you have to be an active participant in this change.

Cons

There is so much information coming from so many sources, it can be challenging to organize and prioritize from time to time.

This is a really good company, they take care the employees and thread the staff as a family.There are opportunities for growing up. Infobip has brilliant future as a telecommunication company.

Cons
