Pros

There's opportunities in every department for young and wiilling to learn people. Team work is great and if anyone is hungry for international and leadership roles she/he can get them in this company.

Cons

Fast growth sometimes causes pain in some departments.

A lot of opportunity for advancment. Very competitive salaries. Great HR department. It really feels company wants to keep employeers happy.

Cons

Except from time to time poor work / life balance, nothig major. Sometimes it feels some decisions were made ad-hoc without proper thinking. Maybe, somekind of "relaxing" area is missing in Zagreb's office.
