      Pros

      A nice opportunity for junior developers to start their carrier as fresh graduated student. Also you will find a very nice atmosphere there. A lot of team buildings and fun.

      Cons

      There are not so many things to say against this company, but if it must be chosen, maybe it's a bad management decisions.

      - big salaries for Croatia - constantly trying to be better employer - lots of interesting projects and traffic

      - too much work - too "young" C level management. lack of strategical planning

      Pros

      Overall, nice atmosphere, the company takes care of you in some way, you have free medical, and 2 days of wfh. If you are a developer or a salesperson, the company treats you right. Also, lots of opportunites if you get lucky with the department for which you work.

      Cons

      Toxic atmosphere in the finance department, low pay, low bonuses, and they are expecting you to be available after working hours. Also, lots of micromanagement.
