      Pros

      Infobip is a wonderful company, the vision- mission is aligned and deeply enrooted within all the regions and every employee lives by the core values of the organization. Indian leadership has been amazing in maintaining the amazing work culture for all the employees in every function. Under the leadership, I personally have grown up the ladder and Infobip has been instrumental in changing my career.

      Pros

      good chance to get experience in SaaS industry. good portfolio. global culture.

      Cons

      Poorly lead company at a regional and global level. Too much nepotism and favortism for friends have created a culture where leadership have little grasp of what people on the ground do and require. Communication within the company is non existent. Too many croatians Directors with little experience/qualifications and market knowledge.
