good chance to get experience in SaaS industry. good portfolio. global culture.

Cons

Poorly lead company at a regional and global level. Too much nepotism and favortism for friends have created a culture where leadership have little grasp of what people on the ground do and require. Communication within the company is non existent. Too many croatians Directors with little experience/qualifications and market knowledge.

Great tech stack, processing tons of messages worldwide Relaxed atmosphere, everyone's willing to help with anything, anytime

Cons

The ambition lacks quality decision making Nonsense strategic moves, investing in company acquisitions (focus on IPO) instead of focusing on the people already quiet quitting Processes take too long Falsely advertising company culture as a "start up mentality", in reality there's cutting benefits, poor HR performance, corporate mindset, poor wages

You can work flexible hours, young teams.

Cons

Low salary. Menagement is all about their short term goals, not care about wellbeing of company. Company is lying to care about employees when all they care about is their profit and how to maximum use you. There is constatnt changing in proccesses that are not well developed and are half useful. Much stress to keep with all troubles.
