Pros

- really technical, you can lear a lot, really high focus on code quality - that is plus and a minus. 2 week sprints, 1 week for coding and writing tests and1 week for insane in-depth code reviews and fixes.

Cons

- strange vibe in team, interaction seems forced as well as occasional beer. Everyone seems cold and focused only on work. Not much of talking between teammates. Team lead was really good in technical skills, but no social skills - he would swear and use bad language in code reviews if you would do something wrong. It kills your will to work and you feel like crap sometimes. Everyone thinks they are important and in really big and good/special company and that they will change the world.

Great atmosphere, great colleagues, good introduction to distributed systems, partionally interesting domain

Cons

Engineers spending too much time in uneccessary meetings, little room for technical improvement after some time, nonsense decisions by company leadership, good engineers spend too much time helping others, small compensation comparing to the rest of the market
