Pros

Coworkers are pretty great and friendly. There are opportunities to hop into different projects and make impact. There are also lots of cultural celebrations, great benefits, communicative bosses, and educational resources to grow. You also get to draw your own professional boundaries (as long as they're reasonable), and many people who have kids seem to have a good balance overall! I have recently started here and think it has been a good experience so far!

Cons

So far, I believes there are very limited cons to the position I have been working in.
