      Financially down and hidden layoffs

      Company slowly moving down financially. Cost cutting everywhere. We used to enjoy the perks like goodies for service anniversary, annual gifts.. those were few attraction that made me refer quiet a lot of people apart from the salary package. Now it's all stopped without any information. We have now come to a stage where everything is seen as cost not employee benefits or giving something because employees are valued. Came to know from HR that there are lot more layoffs planned in the name of restructuring. Our COO openly told in the townhall that 30 percent of people gathered will not be in infoblox the next time he comes. The layoffs of other companies are in news but it's very silent here. If you are planning for a career here or giving interviews here or been offered here, please consider to revisit your decision. Company is not in good shape.
