Pros

* Customer focused: Everybody's(incl. Engineering) job is to make the customer's life better. * Product focused: There is a lot of effort from product/engineering to do it right. "Fail fast" while iterating and ensure quality before delivery. No half-baked products/services. * Employee focused: Employees are given enough time to work on their tasks and a lot of emphasis is put on career growth.

Cons

It has only been a year for me and not that I have not tried to find "cons". Maybe next year, I'l have a couple.

Pros

Infoblox offers remote and hybrid work options for many roles, which supports work-life balance. Salaries and benefits are generally considered competitive within the tech industry.

Cons

One challenge is the limited day-to-day interaction with peers. This can make onboarding and learning more self-directed, requiring employees to proactively seek out resources and solutions on their own. For those who thrive in collaborative or mentorship-driven settings, this aspect may feel isolating at times.

Biased Management

Pros

Infoblox used to be a great place to work. The culture used to be great.

Cons

Like mentioned in pros it used to be a great place to work untill the new management took in. Its now all about cutting costs. Biased management. They allow travel for other org but not for customer support. Every other department travels to US for offsite and budget isnt a constraint for them. We work on weekends and we have been burdened with work but when we check for travel options we are told Infoblox is not a travel company. If budget is an issue ans spending money on travel needs to be cut down it has to be an holistic approach across organisation. Just not with one business unit. Every other department other than customer has an opportunity to travel and participate in strategy but not customer support. We are not feeling valued in the organisation
