Pros

Good looking office which attracts everyone

Cons

Good start for freshers but once joined will soon get in confusion where I am. Favouritism (Changes everytime Hence, No Security & Satisfaction) Policy changes in every 2 weeks which will be no idea to the employees (Feels bad for Accounts department even though they are doing well but never comes in accountability) Disgusting Leave policy No professionalism No work Ethics Lot of politics You never know when will be your last working day at office - Start of the working hours you get a call from HR saying you are "FIRED" OR "TERMINATED" no matter where you are.

Pros

The company is good if you want to learn and experiment. You have complete freedom to work and take decisions that may do good for the company.

Cons

Leave policy. Rest seems good to me. Not bothered with what other has to say about the company.

Caution on receiving payment due you, once contract is over!

Pros

Great to work with while contract is active.

Cons

Excuses in delaying payment due to you when contract is over. Can never get to account payable dept. to eliminate back and forth while taking longer to pay what is due you.
