Pros

I am glad to share my experience with Infojini. It's been an amazing journey so far with the best work environment and the best team I have. Besides, Infojini always addresses to any queries and concerns of their employees. They are quite transparent about the policies and business strategies.

Cons

Transport is the only concern.

Certain things need improvement

Pros

A young organization full of youngsters, which brings positivity and fresh ideas. With such companies you get lot of opportunities to initiate.

Cons

1. They should seriously look into their leave policy. 12 leaves a year is something i have never dreamt of. It was a big shocker on the joining day. In general, other small/medium companies have PL between 24 and 30 and they also have other types of leaves. But in Infojini we have just 12 leaves which is far below the leave structure of any normal Indian Co. 2. No defined reporting structure and too much micro management. 3. No flexibility in work timings:Employees are given late marks even if they reach late by a min. Whereas, ideally we have to complete 9 hours. But if they sit for 9.5 or 10 hours that is not even taken into consideration.

Bad company to work.

Pros

Good for freshers. But soon you will realize your mistake..

Cons

No work ethics at all. No management at all. They don't even know about the term "Management". Too much of office politics and owners of the company entertain such politics. Lot of favoritism. Employee are never appreciated. Fake promises. Leave policies are worst. Join the company at your own risk.
