      No Politics ! It is expanding in many verticals, which will give more opportunities to employees to establish their self in interested domain/verticals.

      No Training Program to learn new technology.

      Pros

      As the jobs environment improves and people start to move, the company is responding. Better training opportunities and developing products and marketing. If you have the utilisation there is a reasonable bonus scheme.

      Cons

      Too little too late? Small salary increase but positive development opportunities play second fiddle to revenue opportunities; short sighted management.
