      Promotes Work-Life balance Deadlines and tasks are reasonable Various seminars and Employee activities (Basketball/Badminton tournaments, Financial/Health/Relationship seminars, Innovation Programs) Managers encourage open communication

      Transportation can be quite difficult

      Pros

      Has good growth opportunity if you want to work for it. Or you can stay at your comfortable level while retaining a nice work life balance. Has the benefit of working from home for most employees. Has some great teams and product to work on. As well has a great client base.

      Cons

      Have to push for what you want if you want change things. Sometimes red tape will slow progress.
