      - Fast paced - Fiercely competitive (in a good way in the marketplace) - Sales-driven culture - Good customer base to serve - Good products

      Cons

      - Growth through acquisition without a core culture for assimilation - no "Inforian" attitudes ~ everything goes back to the prior company culture and experience (BaaN, CAPS, EXE, SSA, Epiphany, Workbrain) - Attention Deficit Disorder at the C-level ~ strategy shifts multiple times a year - Poor appreciation for long-term employees - outsiders are brilliant, insiders are B-players

      Pros

      One of a very few companies that respect employees and their official-personal life-balance. It had seen multiple ups/downs, however it is still doing very good. There are a lot of people who left this organization, came back and joined.

      Cons

      The location from the city makes it a big pain for people to reach the office. The facilities are slowly being cut down.
