Pros

Infor offers it's employees the opportunity to work on complex business problems. Excellent exposure to technology and domain knowledge. It's got large global footprint so there is diversity in culture. Good work environment and culture. Middle management is flexible and care about their people. Time off request is not frowned on, so that's a good. You can have a balance work family life.

Cons

- Compensation is sub par. Pay raise are rare and often less that 2%, so negotiate your starting salary well. - No 401k matching. - Communication needs to be improved across the organization - Not built here mentality that leads to redundancy - Change is constant, and so corporate strategy - Becoming to Microsoft centric. It' might comeback to bite - Since Infor grows through acquisitions, it seems each location seems to retain it's culture prior to it being acquired. - Very little support personnel growth your expected to learn on your own.

Cons

Some amateur management in the middle ranks Good operational managers seem to be promoted out of operations UK Head office a poor commute from Thames Valley or London Bizarrely, telecommuting, even part-time, seems to be discouraged.
