      Pros

      Infor has carved a niche in the mid markets. The company will adjust to dynamic changes in the industry very quickly. Some departments allow flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Promotions rarely come from within. No definite HR policies and is not a family oriented environment. The direction of the company is constantly changing. Need to appreciate employees more. Improve 401k plan.

      Pros

      A lot of great people who work very hard Innovative lower and mid level management team holding things together High number of people work from home

      Cons

      Decisions appear to be made in a vacuum by sr. management Culture of fear contributes to a lot of yes men and no risk taking Management boasts about individual acts of kindness by them but could care less about the common worker

      - Community of hard working; knowledgeable and devoted people, - Lot of respect for work-life balance, - Company has impressive customer base.

      Cons

      - Mature or maybe even declining market, not a growth company and therefore career opportunities are limited; - Great Products but Infor flip-flopping strategy - both on technology as well as apps; - High Executive turnover; - Salaries have been frozen for a long time, some benefits even taken away; - Very American culture, not understanding principles and values of other regions.
