      Over promised and under delivered

      Pros

      The people are super friendly (in general). This has a 20 word minimum, and I am struggling to find enough pros.

      Cons

      No internal promotions, no raises, They promise you the world to get you employed, but do nothing after. They tie the hands of management so that nobody can make decisions, then blame lower levels for not delivering. Every process has too many hurdles, which wastes time and money. They do not focus on the people that hold up the company, but sales are treated like celebs.

      Great benefits and colleagues; good customers and employees.

      Cons

      Apathetic and ill-informed senior management, excessive administrative responsibilities for mid managers, ever-changing com plans. Company actually lied to me regarding compensation.

      Pros

      I was with Infor for a long time. The people were great. I was able to learn new skills.

      Cons

      It is just a combination of purchased software systems. If you are not working on one of the systems they think is critical going forward you cant transfer. C-level is only interested in going public. I was part of a group ofpeople working on products that they sent all the employees to an Indian consulting company (re-badging).
