      Pros

      Typically the benefits are decent and the pay is competitive. Ability to work remote in a lot of positions if that is what you like

      Cons

      A company founded on acquisitions of other companies. dysfunctional management with inconsistent communication coming from the top. Talks a big game but rarely delivers on expectations. A lot of fluff to cover issues - huge lack of bonus opportunities and pay raises.

      Pros

      Infor is a great place to work. You are treated with respect and get all the support needed. There is a good work / life balance.

      Cons

      Infor will do whatever they can to not pay employees market rate. If you are in pre-sales you will not make nearly the commission you are expecting.

      Relatively normal work hours I guess?

      Cons

      There isn't a single enterprise product this company can be proud of. They're incapable of building decent products because they're shackled by terrible acquisitions and the tech/problems that came with those companies. If you have any interest in shipping product and building meaningful software look elsewhere. Zero culture. The offices are nice in the same way your dentist's office is nice.
