The employees are not valued whatsoever in this company. There is usually no incentive for doing extra work they just expect you to do it and not ever give a raise that is worthy of the hard work you put in. Most managers have no idea what is really going on and should not be in the position that they are in. I would not recommend working for this company if you want a positive work environment.

Very disorganized work environment. QA is a joke. No proper test cases are produced. Most of QA are doing one line test summaries on an excel spreadsheet which are NEVER validated by anyone. No effective use of JIRA projects. Manager has no clue what's going on...how can she when she's never in office? Good product managers are non existent. No training and no one takes responsibility for anything.
