      Pros

      I work full time remote with the option to go into the office whenever I want. Infor provides great benefits and has a fantastic PTO structure

      Cons

      25% of the job compensation comes from a Utilization bonus. I received the bonus in full for the first year and a half of working here. As the business has started to sell less implementation projects, I have received my bonus for only 1 out of the last 5 quarters and there is nothing I could have done within my agency to prevent this.
