      Pros

      Work-life balance at least on my team. HMO coverage is good (this is what I like the most). Above average pay.

      Cons

      Very limited slots for incentives for your good work as you're competing with hundreds of other employees [in Support]. Even if you think you did a great job and meet all your KPIs, that won't be noticed unless it's extraordinary (like receiving many good customer surveys, and many customers don't give surveys even if you did a great job in helping them). I know some good analysts who don't receive commendations because their usual customers don't give surveys.

      Pros

      You can manage your time They are not strict with RTO hours , there was a minimum hours to render in office and the remaining hours can take as WFH ( depend on team) There are groups that provides extra activities you can join on.

      Cons

      No performance bonus but do have increase yearly (depend also on company performance) Lack of training support
