      A Great Place to Work

      Pros

      The company has excellant benefits. As an employee, I feel valued. Compensation is excellant. I am encouraged to develop and access training. The products are great and the company invests heavily in R & D. Communication is good throughout the organization. My direct manager is the best manager that I have had in my career.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the work-life balance is not quite there. I'm graded on utilitzation but if I take my vacation, I am penalized in utilization unless I work extra hours to make up for the vacation.

      Good work culture. Manager ask your choice before allocating to project. Bit flexible. Compensation is good . Got good help at the time when i needed.

      Nothing that i faced yet after joining.

      Pros

      Friendly Atmosphere and Teamwork... R & D department actually does a lot of R & D which is challenging and innovative. A lot to learn irrespective of the team or position. Work culture is good. Very easy to talk to Seniors and get help/advice. Hard work and dedication is praised and acknowledged. Ideas from everyone are appreciated. Events like Innovation day make sure that the mind keeps generating new ideas.

      Cons

      Growth varies a lot between the teams and can sometime make you feel bad after working hard. Pay is less when compared to the other competitive companies and the Growth at the early stage is not that good either. Company is not able to hold on to a lot of new-comers because of slow increments at the start. Only Veg Food is served and the taste is also not good. Need some variety and change.
