I love working at Informatica. When I first joined, I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. Having finally hitting the one year mark, I'm so glad that I took a leap of faith to join Informatica. I love the global presence, unlimited FTO, benefits, and amazing coworkers! Along with those great things, I love the team and management that I have. I feel like I'm supported with anything and everything that I do. I'm not treated as another number, but treated as someone who matters. I truly feel like I'm a specialist at my job, and that I impact the company in a great way!

Cons

Nothing. Love working here, and have nothing to complain about.

Pros

Opportunities for growth and development IF you pursue them on your own. Benefits are pretty great from my POV. 401k, health insurance, Ultd PTO / flex-work Industry leading company but target is on our back to stay on top. People who leave the company tend to come back; pretty great culture and teams.

Cons

Internal promotions get the shaft on pay versus hiring outside. Privately held company means no RSUs or stock potential until re-IPO. Self-guided career path but the options are there if you seek them out. You can feel the areas where the company is "cutting the fat", then there's areas/people where you can't believe they are still wasting money (but that's every company). Nothing particularly stands out as a con, at least nothing you wouldn't see at any other company.
