Employee friendly work culture, lots opportunity to learn and grow, open door policy for everybody

Cons

Bangalore location, travelling to Bagmane Tech park is at times a nightmare

Pros

Stable, Decent salary hike, Free food(Though not good),

Cons

Company keeps changing strategy and they can change your salary components also. HR will tell you a fixed salary but one day management will decrease your fixed salary and make it variable saying its happening at global level Laid back attitude Cost cutting everywhere very slow progress in innovation
