      Pros

      Company treats its employees very well. Always willing to assist in helping you build your career, from opening positions based on where you want to work next, to providing the training needed for you to be successful

      Cons

      To be totally honest, I don't have any cons for working at Informatica. It has been a pleasure, and I don't see myself leaving at any point soon.

      Great Opportunity for Prolonged Success

      Pros

      Incredible potential; there's a lot to look forward to. The solution is head and shoulders above any competitor's so there's no reason not to succeed. Great culture with solid management.

      Cons

      In certain aspects, there is a lack of interest in customer sastification. While we avoid high churn, there could be a better investment in resources to avoid negative feedback.
