10yWe regret that you have a negative view of your time with Informatica in Sales. As you know, the Company went through significant changes in 2015, some that specifically affected Sales. Those moves were designed to make Informatica more responsive to the market as well as more competitive. Compensation has been designed to attract and retain top talent (otherwise, we wouldn’t be as successful as we are), and the Company shortly will announce a revised plan to make Sales opportunities here even more appealing.
